Looking for any information on Phillip Warrick
and Sarah anne Miller who married in Wimborne Dorset 1873.
Phillip born about 1854
Sarah anne miller born 1856.
Sailed to australia in 1876 with children:
Henry who was 2 and ellen who was under the age of 1.
Ships name the Benan. They went to Sth Australia.

Anything would be very much appreciated on them or their families.

Hello and welcome!

Had a look on the 1871 census and there are a couple of possibilities for Sarah in the right location.  Philip poses more of a problem, as can't see anything obvious for him in that area - one in Essex.
Do you have any other info from the marriage cert?  Parents names?  Which would make it easier to identify them properly.

Regards
Jonathan

Hello Jonathan,

I am in the process of ordering the marriage certificate for Phillip and Sarah.
However, Victorian death Indexes say the following,
Phillip Warwick,   Father David .  Mother unknown
Sarah Anne(nee Miller)  Father David,  Mother Deannah.
Regards Tracey.

Jonathan,

Named spelt as Warrick, and then long the line they changed the spelling to Warwick.
I think after arriving in Sth Australia, and then going to kaniva Victoria the spelling remained as Warwick.
Regards Tracey

Henry warwick died  in 1850 and Elizabeth married Thomas Elliott and had 3 more children - Henry Elliott, Mary Anne Elliott and Georgina Elliott.

Henry's father was John Warrick (of Portsea, Hampshire,Enfland) and his mother was Sarah Sears, daughter of Thomas and Priscilla Sears
John and Sarah Warrick had 6 known children all of who were christened at St Mary's, Portsea, Hampshire.
Their children were
