un-named twins - question

hi there, i have recently discovered that one of my watkins family - margaret Handley ( maiden name watkins) gave birth to twins in 1920.
margaret and her twins died soon after the birth- registered wolverhampton
the bmd register describes them as  'male unnamed, female unnamed'
my question is this - margaret was buried in alveley churchyard and her name is in the death register - but no mention of the babies burial - what usually happened in these circumstances if children were unnamed and not baptised ?

oh gosh.... yes of course i had forgotten how they record these things.
the story as upset me so much, i haven't seen 'the wood for the trees'
