From the Waterford County Library website - Graveyard Inscriptions - Drumcannon Graveyard... Norcott Desterre Esq. of Co. Clare, died 13 July 1779.
http://www.waterfordcountylibrary.ie/en/familyhistory/gravememorials/ The year of death is probably incorrect as a further article states that he died a few months after the marriage of his eldest daughter Catherine to Abraham Atkins on 26 May 1799 at Drumcannon , Tramore, Co Waterford. This article also contains a short history of the D'Esterre family.
