Mike Fenn.  Are you still around.  I would be interested in your three months of research.

Yes still here. Happy to help but would prefer to correspond by e-mail but not too familiar with Rootschat to set this up

hello geelsu,
Cannot see anywhere that I've put dates for Sarah Fairfax; am I missing something? (not even had a sherry yet!) Please would you point them out.
The dates I have for Sarah are 1654-1688 but as these are only from the IGI, verification from other sources would be required.

Hi.  It is on page one of this forum thread.  WOW We now have two pages.  :)  Actually when I look at it you DID NOT list Sarah's dates.  Sorry about that.  I had those dates.  So you have 1654 - 1688 which makes perfect since of Ben senior being here Grandfather.  So it is correct to say Sarah Fairfax (1654 - 1688) married John Meadows ( 1622 - 1697 ) and her Grandpaw was Benjamin (1592 - 1676)???

Here is what you had: "I have a passing interest in Sarah Fairfax, the second wife of John Meadows and the mother of John Meadows Jnr, (1676 -1757)
Sarah was the daughter of Benjamin Fairfax (Jnr) & niece of Rev John Fairfax who was the first minister at what is now the Ipswich Unitarian Meeting House . Her grandfather Rev Benjamin Fairfax (1592-1676) was an ancester of  the husband of one of my 'once removed' cousins!"

Mike Fenn, I was born a Meadows, and I have traced my ancestry back to Rev Meadows. I would love to contact you via email about the research you've done,

please do not publish your private email on the public internet, this is not safe practice and is how spammers pick up on your details. If you wish to discuss living folk you can use the private message function but again you do not need to give away an email if you do not want to.

Keep safe

Sarah ;)
