Hi again, 2nd Caesar Johnston is at Runa, Birsay  in 1841 aged 35 farmer, Catharine 40, John 14, Isabella 12, William 10, James 8, Janet 6, Nicol 4 and Hugh 1
On 1851 census at Runa: Ceasar 50 fisherman, Catharine 50, John 24 shoemaker, William 19 app blacksmith, Hugh 11, Catharin 9 and Marey 3 ( their spelling)
1861 Census at Runa, Birsay: Cesar 61 fisherman, Catherine 61 and Mary 13.
On 1871 census William is at Runa with his family.

On SP; Caeser Johnston shoemaker died 6 Jan 1874 Gatenip, Barony, Birsay 84 yrs father William Johnston woollen weaver deceased, mother Catherine Johnston nee Hunter deceased, witness William Johnston son Lower Palace, Birsay. You will probably not find his grave if he is buried in Birsay ( the memorial inscriptions in the St Magnus graveyard in Birsay have not yet been transcribed, I believe it is a work in progress)

also on sp: Peter Johnston born 4-8-1822 to Cesar Johnston and Margaret Moar in Birsay.

ev, akc, steve -  thanks ever so much for all your efforts. I think that the Caeser Johnston who died 1874 is  my Peter's father, as he was a shoemaker.
I looked on familysearch.org and found children of Caesar and Margaret Moar: 

Peter b 6/7/ 1822;
Janet b 25/11/1820;
Edward b 28/3/1824;
Catharine b 20/4/1828;
David b 13/1/1832
