England to Australia Passenger list, 1923

Hi, I am trying to find passenger list records for a family that (according to family letters, etc.) traveled from Tilbury Docks to Fremantle, Western Australia on the Bendigo, arriving on 2 Oct 1923. Does anyone know where I might find proof that this is true? The names of the family was William Birley JOHNSON, his wife Ada, and 4 children: John, (Mary) Mona, George & William. I'm not sure if they all traveled on this date however.

Any help is much appreciated.

I was wondering where you found this record...are they online somewhere? According to my grandfather at least Ada (his aunt) and one son came back to England in the 1940s I think. However a son was sick in an isolation hospital at the time so she did not return to Australia immediately. Are there any other passenger records for this family on other dates? I realise it is a common name so no worries if not.

They are 'usually' on Find My Past on the migration page.
The list covers ships from 1890-1960.

   Sorry, can t find an obvious entry for Ada in later years but I may have missed her. Carol is right, they are usually found on FindMyPast website.

Hi Alexander you can check deaths on www.mcb.wa.gov.au. You will at least find Wm Birley Johnson there died age 74 at Rockingham in 1969.
