Hi,

I think we may be related.

My mother's grandfather was a Tayler/Taylor whose family farmed in Lacock in the 19th Century. He left and went to Pudsey in Yorkshire and ran the gas works there.

Do you know any more, please?

Hello

Which Taylor are you related to?

Mine is Henry son of James.  Henry had one daughter.  No link to Yorkshire with him but maybe one of his brothers or uncles?

I have brothers for Henry as - Richard - James - Walter - William

Uncles for Henry - Richard - Henry

Sorry, no idea. Mother is dead who could possibly have helped.
My younger brother is Richard which may be a connection.

Maybe we could work back from your mother or grandparent and find a link  :)

If you would like to give the name of grandparent (as long as no longer with us) with year/place of birth can have a look.

By grandparent I mean whichever mother or father of your mother is the Taylor link.

When born?

There's a Taylor Croft born 1883 Bramley registration district - would that be him?
