May I have the details on the 1901 census records of the individuals in the home, their ages, their occupations. Many times these details offer clues. I am assuming that Guthlaxton Street is in Leicester. Is that correct? Thank you for all the great information. I will keep my eyes open for John Patrick!!

Nice house. What would a house like it cost in today's market?

yes I know what you mean... you can still get a decent house at a reasonable price here.

but then you dont get much of a garden and it will be quite closed in -- but somepeople dont mind that.

add another 100 to get semi-detached and a beautiful tree lined avenue... lots of outdoor space..

so well worth buying here.
