So you need to be looking for a possible marriage to a Harry Smith and Violet may have re-married under either Fisk or Cull - of which there are none!!!

the first child in the second marriage was born in 1937

I can't see this one.  Don't mention names of anybody still living - but do you definitely have a registration for this birth in the name of Smith with mother's maiden name Cull?

The transcribed index only covers to 2005 so if  both Harry & Violet died after 2005 there is always that slim possibility they made it legal before they died

They would have been over 100yrs old then - I'm nuts!!!

That info was given to me by a living daughter of Violet and Harry (Ephraim Daniel) but I haven't been able to find the regitration either although I can find the registration for the 2nd daughter born to that marriage with mmother's amiden name as Cull.
