Help please

Has anyone any information on anyone living in or near 46 New Street Lismore.  My grandad James Walsh and his parents ( Lawrence Walsh ..)  lived there for many years and apparently there is still family living local.

Jackie Walsh (cobbler?) aged 70 was living there in 2004.
