Can anyone help me with the word (or words) following Shillings and four pence and preceding money?  Thank you!

Hi

It looks like "two pence porscription" but I haven't been able to find any word matching that - even changing the first vowel fpr every other vowel in the alphabet. I've tried looking for alternatives to tyth money but no joy I'm afraid.

It's the switching of the second and third letters that got me - I thought prescription was a better bet but it looks as though it was mis-spelt in the will  ;D

Thank you!  (There are a number of mis-spellings in this will (written in 1773.)  I googled one word, spelled heredittamonts, and was asked if I meant "hereditaments."  I then googled hereditaments, read the definition, and decided that was what I (and the solicitor!) meant!)

I read the wordings as prescription, remember that at this time standardised spellings were in their infancy, so who is to say that a word from this period is wrongly spelled?
