I'm thinking "Stereotyper" meaning one who makes:
"a one-piece printing plate cast in type metal from a mold (matrix) taken of a printing surface, as a page of set type"

Stereotyper makes even more sense, especially when you look at 1911 census- Kevin Quinn is 'assistant compositor in Freeman office' (perhaps Freeman's Journal newspaper?)

Hi,
My name is Brock from Limerick and I'm working on my family tree.
My great grandfather was George Martin Brock born around 1876 and married Margaret Twyford.
George was the son of John Brock, born Devon in 1837, think he was in the army.
Any help??

Welcome to Rootschat  :) What can we help you with?

George Martin Brock's extracted birth record shows the exact date, family's residence (listed as father's birthplace) and names of both parents-
