Latin doc from 1530

Hello  I was wondering if anybody could translate the following bit of Latin it is from quite a long document written about 1530 and it has lots of abbreviations but I don't know how to put the lines in above abbreviated words.
I think someone is 40 years old or more but I don't know who.

Awaiting expert input, but couldn't resist an attempt at using my school Latin  rusty after '40 + years and more', to get the ball rolling... Beginner's humble  effort...

One thing I think for sure is that the length of time is '4 X 20' years and ultra = beyond..so eighty years plus..a life time and more, by implication.

It seems to be a joint 'willing' (dicunt plural : they both state) or 'granting'  that  after death of the afforesaid (insuper)  Rico Ratcliffe,  ,son and father , also named Rico the rights should pass through legitimate male heirs (of the body (corpora) of the Miles (Soldier, Knight) for the time stated.

 A little confused by Mandia with capital M , but am guessing this might mean by order or mandate , rather than name of a third party???

Hi Chris,
             Not the hoped-for expert inputter, but after congratulating you on your effort might I persuade you to reconsider the 4x20? Quadraginta is still 40, I think, and 80 is octoginta.

Thanks very much for your replies.
I must admit I was reasonably sure that Quadraginta mean't forty, but I don't know any Latin except what I find in my little book of simple Latin,
Also Chris after re reading the document I think Mandia is written as manlia not Mandia as I first thought, does this make any difference or just confuse the issue more?
