help with birth cert

My thread about posting certs was locked, without any message or acknowledgement to me.      Reopened to reply, and locked again without thanks. 

It seems the powers that be have declined to relax their rule, even though there is no legal bar, because of bandwidth issues.  Which is fair enough - I don't think there's any good reason to post a whole certificate anyway, and had said so.  I can't see it would do any harm to post all the written bits in cropped sections though, as these don't take up much room.  When there are difficulties with deciphering, the more points of comparison the better.
