I currently have the microfilm with all the scans from 1800-1831 from St Mary's in Stoke Sub Hamden. I'll have a look for these people. Father's occupation started to be listed in 1815, and witnesses for marriages were there from before 1800.
I cannot go into the history centre until Tuesday, but if you PM me your email, I will take save a copy of these people's records and email them to you. These would essentially be the same as the documents that you would be able to order from England, but they won't be on coloured paper and stamped with a seal.
The 1812 marriage will not state the fathers of the couple.
Since Mary Ann was born in 1816, her birth record should state her father's occupation. Then if you find Charles and Hannah in the 1841 census and he has the same occupation, you have a stronger case for the same man.
