Absolute brick wall! Help!!

 Trying to find anything about the birth and death of my Morgan Roberts

So far, I have....... his marriage to Jennet/Jonnet Jones, 6th Feb 1816 at Llandecwyn, (witnesess Edmund Roberts & Owen Jones)

.....his wifes gravestone,  (Jennet, wife of Morgan Roberts, died 31st Jan 1831)

His name crops up once more on my GGG Grandfathers christening entry (John Roberts, 9th August 1818) at Llanfihangel Y Traethau

.........and that's all I can find:-\  As if he disappears from all records prior and after!
Any help appreciated.

For some reason, Jennet Jones rings a bell with me...but I cannot for the life of me think why!

I lived in Llandecwyn from the age of 4 until I was about 13.  I attended Talsarnau primary school and then Ysgol Ardudwy Harlech secondary school and know the area very well.

He has turned up once again!!

According to his son's marriage certificate in 1839........father's details, Morgan Roberts, occupation; Mariner

......which may explain his absence from the census
