I have a death cert for Charles Webster who died in Dundee in 1890

Aged 13 days :(

Parents listed as James Webster and Margaret Webster - maiden name Lapew??
Dundee:
Byrne, Cooney, Clark, Wilson, Milne, McCormack, Wynn, Taylor, Morrison, Traynor, Stewart, Kilmartin, Hays, Cheape, Hosie, Carr, Stormont.

Ireland: Devanah, Byrne, Traynor, Carr, Canon.

I have been researching the webster tree and have not come across Lapew until now, and cannot trace the name in marriages.

Hi again,
I have had a look at the 1901 census.

At the 1901 Census
James Webster was aged 45
Margaret Webster  - Maiden Surname was LIPPERE
3 Childern
Elizabeth Aged 12
Margaret  7
Daniel 3
The lived at 28 polepark, Dundee. were married 30th December 1881
And as you say Charles died aged 13 days in 1890.

I don't know if I am connected with this side of the family, if I ocme across a connection in my reasearch i will let you know.

Interesting. My mother, Margaret Lippere Campbell was named for Margaret Lippere but I dont know why. I do know that her grandmother was the same age as Margaret Lippere. Perhaps school chums?
