Hi Heywood

Many thanks, that is just what I require.

Translation of this name from French to English is     Hamper of the Sky, sounds a beauty.

She was owned by Richard Earnshaw of Goole, W. Yorks 1885

Classified as three-masted lugger: no cargo specified, but registration number cited as G 197, and date of loss as 20 June 1892.
Manne du Ciel: this vessel was wrecked in St Ninian's Bay. SHETLAND ISLANDS. Capt. Copelle. (Capt. Joseph?)
Registration: Gravelines. Built 1880. 24 tons [unspecified].
(Location of loss cited as N59 58.33 W1 20.0).

If anyone wants to read more about this vessel and other vessles owned by Earnshaw family Mariners go to the link below and look for postings from Wendy Owen 17.04.2010 onwards:-

Thankyou
