My Ggrandfather moved from Glasgow to Edinburgh.He was called David Harvey,his wife Janet (nee Warnock.)
Their first child Grace was born in 1865,Elizabeth 1860,Mary-Ann 1869,Margaret 1874,William 1877,David 1878,and James 1879.
The 1851 and 1861 cencus shows David in Glasgow I am not certain where they were in 1871 could anyone help.
Also,I have some letters from son David dating 1892 that mentions some family friends in the locality.Jim Wilson and John Morris David juniors friends in Heriot Watt school.Mrs Gough,The Watsons and Wisharts.
