Help needed in tracing family from Birmingham

Would anyone have information on  a Joseph Day born circa 1801 i don't know much about him except that he married a Hannah Dugmore who was born circa 1801 any inffo would be a great help

Do you have any details re parents names?

Have you found Joseph and Hannah on any census?

There is a marriage on Ancestry for Joseph Day to Hannah Dugmore - 25th April 1825 - Lapley, Staffordshire.
