PEARSON of Bradley(-juxta-Stafford)
« on: Friday 14 May 10 15:00 BST (UK) »
Trying a shot in the dark for a friend - in 1911 in Warrington Lancashire is James PEARSON aged 37 born Bradley, Staffordshire.
He had been married for 9 years to Ellen (nee TYRER) aged 31 of Liverpool.

We suspect they were married in Huyton, Lancashire in 1901.

Just hoped someone may have already researched this PEARSON family from Staffordshire!

Many thanks.

:-\ ;)

For info: There's a Bradley very near to Stafford (still a village to this day unlike Bradley, Bilston!).

thanks for posts - sorry for long delay - pc issues!

the birth in warrington in 1915 is the correct family

sorry don't have anything else to go on as yet - the price hike in certificates has put them off ordering at this time!

confused over the Bradley (Stafford) and the Bradley (Bilston) now

best wishes,
Ian.

:D If there's ironworks involved it'll be Bradley, Bilston it was one of the birthplaces of industrial ironmaking...

my grandparents are James and Ellen Pearson (nee Tyrer). I am finding difficulty in finding the correct birth record of James born in Bilston as I have uncovered three James Pearsons, born 1870, 1871 and 1872. From my grandparents marriage certificate James' father was called Thomas.
I have info on my grandmothers family.
