St Thomas the Martyr, Upholland Monumental Inscriptions?
« on: Sunday 16 May 10 15:08 BST (UK) »
Does anyone know if there are any Monumental Inscriptions for St Thomas in Upholland?

I found the following record on Lancashire OPR, isn't that site great? :) After all these years I think I may have found my Mary Brown nee Topping's burial.

Burial: 29 Oct 1876 St Thomas the Martyr, Upholland, Lancashire, England
Mary Brown -
    Age: 61
    Abode: Orrell
    Register: Burials 1861 - 1877, Page 381, Entry 3041
    Source: LDS Film 1657555

I was just wondering whether there may be a gravestone or a Monumental Inscription for her?

Many thanks

Hi.  St. Thomas's has quite a good website - why not google it and send an email?   :)   R.

Sorry for the delay on replying. Thank you Royd for the excellent suggestion. I hadn't thought of that, I may try that with other ancestors :)

Thank you Dotty. I really appreciate you checking for me. It's a shame that she isn't there but quite a few of my ancestors seem to like remaining mysterious. Thank you again for your kindness.
