Local history hastings old town
« on: Friday 04 June 10 12:44 BST (UK) »
Good afternoon.
I'm looking into the history on past owners / business that have lived in
no: 90b High Street Old town  and Shovell's 125/6 All Saints street.
As a potential purchaser of the properties listed I'm trying to find out a little more historical information.

Hi Jd
Found that The Shovells was once the home of the mother of Admiral Sir Cloudesley Shovell.  Lots available if you google him.  Dazey

Hi

Also if you just google The Shovells Hastings, there are lots of sites with photos of the house.
