I did find a possible marriage for Annie Grace Herbert to a Thomas Arthur Watkins or Walter John Carr in June Quarter 1899; a possible marriage for Alice Emily Herbert to a Clarence John Cross or Elijah Gambling in Brighton in December Quarter 1893; and a pssible marriage for George Ephraim Herbert to a Emily Mary Hoile or Florence Leith in June Quarter of 1899. Does this help for the 1901 census lookup?
