Hi Ricky

Can you see when you look at the census if they were the only family at brook priory or if they were part of a working population there or something??

Thanks,

Adam

Hi Adam
On the 1891 there was a lodger living at the same address, and on the 1901 there was servant living with them. Had a look on the 1881 and Robert and family were there but it looks as though a Richard Healey a farmer having 369 acres and employing 3 lab and I think it says 12 boys is the land owner

My family and I are going to take a trip down to Rutland in Agust. It would be nice is we could go and find this address. Are you able to see the addresses before and after Brooke Priory on the census so I can try and locate it of the enumerators journy that he would have taken when completing the census?

So is Robert given as the head of the household on some, but not all of the census'? What is his relation to the head of the household who os the landowner?
