Digby Willoughby

I'm trying to add some flesh to the bones of an article I wrote a couple of years ago about Digby Willoughby, a councillor in Hull.  See the Hullwebs site.
I know he was born in London in 1853, the son of Richard Willoughby, and he married Clara Kellington in 1875.  He was in Hull by 1881, but I would like to find him on the 1861, 1871 and 1901 censuses, please.

He claimed to be related to the Digby Willoughby who was 7th Baron Middleton, but I wasn't able to make the connection.  It would be useful, therefore, to trace Richard Willoughby and his family on the 1851 and 1841.  Any help appreciated.

I can't find hide or hair of him in 61/71 but here he is in 1901 with a comment added by another member
