You're amazing, both of you  ;D

Digby was so sure of his connection with the aristocratic Digby Willoughby that he spent public money on stained glass in the Guildhall, Hull, announcing the fact.  Looks like it was wishful thinking.
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
Park, Palmer, Segar and Peartree in Kersey.

Hi Digby Willoughby the Councillor was actually the son Albert Digby (b 1880) but went by the name Digby.  If you check the deaths Digby born 1853 died around 1923.

Digby Willoughby (born 7 March 1853 died 1924) had 4 children. Edith born 1876, Alice born 1877, Albert Digby born 21 December 1879 and Percival (my grandfather) born 1883. It was Albert Digby who was Councillor in 1914, Sheriff in 1919 and Lord Mayor in 1924. He committed suicide in 1932.
Albert Digby also had a son called Digby who was born in 1911 and three other children.
