looking for info on Esther Ann Orridge b1880 and Walter Wilfred Steans 1880.  Married in 1900 and lived in scalford melton mowbray.  Died in Grantham lincolnshire.  Esther was believed to have a son Peter out of wedlock, can find no record in censuses.  Does any one have parish records for Waltham on the Wolds or scalford.

Hello, I am Peter's (who was born in 1931) Granddaughter and I am learning that Peter was Annie Isobel's (Esther's Niece) only son. Annie Isobel was institutionalised from a young age and had one child - who I believe was Peter. On Peter's birth certificate Esther is labelled as the mother but gathering info from ancestry.com I am coming to learn that Annie was most likely Peter's real mother. Hope this info helps!
