Hartlepool Burial Records

Does anyone know where I would find burial records for cemeteries in Hartlepool??  My great grandmother Ann Smith died on 5th April 1919 in the Union Hospital, West Hartlepool.  Her address at time of death was 32 Longmore Street, West Hartlepool.

Try phoning the office at Stranton Grange Cemetery, Hartlepool - 01429 274517. They have all the Hartlepool burial records on computer and the lady there is very helpful.

thank you so much...someone kindly pm'd me the same message and I rang yesterday and got the reference for my gt grandmother's grave - unfortunately its an unmarked grave but the lady was so helpful - you're right!  She said if I ring before I visit (i live 300+ miles away) they will mark the grave out for me!!!   Thank you to both members for a great result!!!
