Noel arrived in Southampton from Buenos Aires in September 1908 and is shown just as Noel Furlong.  It's definitely him as one of the other passengers was Digby Wallis.  No other info shown

I'd love to know who Charles N. Furlong was. He witnessed Noel's marriage, so could be a brother, a grandfather, who knows?
