Hi,
It would appear both father ROBERT COLEMAN SPRINGETT and son CHARLES KEMP SPRINGETT had a few financial ups and downs.

Their names each appear twice on the Insolvency Index here

ROBERT C. was a brewer and was insovent in 1857 and 1861.

CHARLES was a Commission Agent and was insolvent in 1874 and 1887.

This  Death notice may be for your NANCY FARQUAR.


FARQUHAR, Nancy. DIED 28JUN2004.   Age 85  Newspaper  Herald Sun (Melbourne)  Published on 30JUN2004..

If she is the correct woman, I note with interest that the Paper is a Victorian not NSW publication.
Perhaps that is where she died.

Robert Leslie Farquhar married my aunty Nancy Watson on 12 Jan 1946 in Concord NSW. (They divorced in 1947). He was born 9 March 1909 and died in 1968 as result of suicide. They had one daughter Helen still living. Nancy remarried John (Jack) Beveridge on 26 April 1963, and Nancy died on 7 Aug 2002 at Carlingford, NSW.

Robert's parents were Robert Farquhar, b 5 April 1878, d 27 December 1941. He married Eva Clarice Springett, on 5 June 1908 at ST John's Church in Darlinghurst, NSW. Eva died in 1964 at Marrickville, NSW.
