William Mein census lookup

If anyone has access to the 1841 census or around that time. I am looking for a William Mein I think his profession was skinner (what ever that is)

His daughter Elizabeth Mein married David Walker in June of 1841 at Saint Cuthberts Curch,Edinburgh,Midlothian

I looking for any info William (wifes name,other children, his parents ect)

I have  Anne Mein baptised 5 March 1811 - Jean Mein baptised 14 July 1814 - Elizabeth Mein baptised 25 March 1817 - Matilda Mein born 18 July 1822 - Agnes Mein 12 March 1825 parents William Mein and Agnes Barclay

All at St. Cuthberts.
