BUY the 1946 birth certificate, and the relate everything that is on there to us.

For others to ponder over ,

yes I have the certificate but unfortunately no everything isn't on there! yes I can follow annie ellen back no bother but its Thomas, his father that I am completely stuck on, annie ellen dies as annie ellen jones in 1953, on her other kids (girls) marriage certficates annies first marriage is to William jones deceased, annie ellen has then reverted back to using her maiden name of davies, but on harry's birth certificate it has his fathers name of Thomas davies, lime stone quarryman, I cannot find a marriage for annie and Thomas, then again why bother? bother same surname so tongues wouldn't be wagging

Just keep to the facts,
A simple statement of the info will get us & you further

eg You don't give any address for the 1946 birth. You don't give the exact date.

you have marriage certificates?
No date (only a year) no street address, no occupation, no witness names.

there is nothing on the marriage certificates of harrys half sisters, that would help find his father - Thomas davies, there is nothing on harrys marriage certificate that would help either in finding his father, I have gone thr all that searches with the very little info I have of only Thomas's name and lime stone quarryman - which incidently I think was a made up fact added by harrys mother on the birth certificate as funnily enough that is the same occupation as her fathers side of the family, and I don't know of any lime stone quarries in the Manchester area do you?
