Walters help?
« on: Monday 30 August 10 19:51 BST (UK) »
Im trying to find David Walters b. 1860 ish in Camarthanshire on an 1871 census.

I think I have found David age 23 and a John Walters (possibly his brother?) age 20 on the 1881 census boarding in Gilfach Coch (Goch), Llantrisant with a Jones family.

I need to find this out in order to trace his parents and my family tree further

Lyndsey

Shed's alot of light, thank you! :)

I know David then had a son Evan (my g. Grandfather) so maybe that makes it more likely?

Hi
If you have Davids marriage certificate that woulfd confirm his fathers name and then you could appy for birth certificate its only when you have certificates that you have proof.
good luck in searching out the rest.
cheers cardiff ;)

Hi Cynfelin

Have not found out anything else about him unfortunately, would love to find out more about him and his family though.

I have many Walters relatives in the Rhondda area and hopefully some in the Llandyfaelog area too. I'd love to help you further your research.

Lyndsey :)
