1861 Census - Islington
« on: Tuesday 05 April 05 10:27 BST (UK) »
I would be grateful if somebody could look up the following for me:
1861 Census, Islington
St Johns Villas, Lower Road

I'm looking for a Catherine Wiles (daug) and Reuben Wiles (father - probably 'head')

I have the marriage certificate for 10 months later which gives this as Catherines' address.

Fingers crossed and thanks for any help, much appreciated

Steve

Don't think many people have free access, so just in case nobody can help you directly, 1861 census for London is now online here http://www.1837online.com/Trace2web/ it's a paysite.

Good luck

Hello,

I notice that you have not responded to the re-query to ask if you are still looking for the information requested in your original post.  I am assuming therefore that you are no longer looking for this information and will move this topic into the Completed Requests section.

If this is not the case, please PM me and I will move it back into the Lookup Requests and hopefully someone will attempt to answer it.

Regards
Jonathan

Hi Steve hope you're the right person. St Andrews Street Silver town was still there in 1961 when we were moved to Canning Town as the council was redeveloping the area
