Your g-grandfather Edward MORRISSEY died 19 May 1907  :)

Memorial notices are in the newspaper the following year:

The Sydney Morning Herald, Tuesday 19 May 1908, page 6

Hi, got your private message, for some reason this facility wont let me reply with a personal message. I have been researching my family history for 30 years. The Morrisseys have been a bit complicated though. I descend from Edmund and Honora's eldest child Mary, who was 13 when they arrived in Sydney. Mary married a sea captain - Augustus James Hamilton Courbarron - he was the grandson of an Irish landlord...quite a story indeed. I have a photo of Mary Morrissey too. I would love to share information with you : )
