Can you give all of the details from the death certificate please.  Do you know that she was a convict, or it is just a possibility?.

Thank you to all
If you have read my previous post suggested by MERLIN
it appears that Catherine wasn't a convict but I thought that may be she was convicted on something trivial. like disturbing the court. and I don't know if the marriage was recognised, it seems that it was because I can't find any records in Australia of their marriage.
                     your help is appreciated Chatso58
