Hi all,
thanks for the extra info.  In response to s b norton I'm afraid I can't find the death certificate I was referring to or remember the name of the person concerned. It doesn't seem to be one in my family tree and I have done about 12 trees for family and friends since then. I will keep searching as it's annoying me now that I didn't put the name of the deceased.
