My great grandfather James Finn was from Derrynoose near Keady.  Born in 1820. His siblings were from Armagh but they all went to England and Scotland between 1840 and 1855.  James Finn served in the 1st Battalion, 15th Regiment Foot for nearly 22 years and returned to Moy, County Tyrone.
