Photo restoration

I am trying to attach a photo onto a topic. I browsed and opened a photo on my photos. But the photo is not attached to the topic. What is happening please

Hi sft456 ,

Looking at your previous posts, I wondered whether you are trying to post the photo on a lookup request board ? If you are, the attachment won't work in the conventional way. This is so people are unable to post images and possibly infringe on copyright.

Otherwise to post on the restoration board, if you make sure it's a jpeg, below 500kb in size and the filename is unique - which you can alter by adding other letters or figures - it should work ?

Only just noticed your heading - obviously a restoration, sorry !

Right. It is a jpg file and it is under 500kb, but why doesn't it attach. When previewing, it says you will to have to reattach the attached

Once you've changed the filename - you can't preview, it won't let you.

You'll just have to post and hope for the best !
