Daniel Knott (1800) son of James Knott and Mary Lewis had a son Thomas Edwin Knott, who also had a son Thomas Edwin Knott (who moved to Stoke on Trent), he was my husbands grandfather. We knot the family came from Bucklebury dating back to John Nott (1565) married Ales Gastell. I'm trying to find any information that I can on the Knotts/Notts from Bucklebury
