The Ryerson Index is an index to death, funeral and probate notices and obituaries published in current Australian newspapers with (to date) over 3 million entries from 188 newspapers. Travel between Australia and New Zealand was just as common decades ago as it is now, so this index is an excellent resource for New Zealand researchers. Lookups can be requested.
