Hi All

Does anyone know if there is a 1911 census available for Dungloe Town?
I have traced my ancestors in the 1901 census but have been unable to obtain any further details.

Hiya Shirley,

There should be a 1911 Census for Dungloe town. An item on the Federation of Family History Societies website says "An agreement to digitalize the 1901 and 1911 census for Ireland was signed in December 2005 between the National Archives of Ireland and Library and Archives Canada. The project has been divided into sections, the first being County Dublin for 1911 which it is hoped will be available online by
the end of 2007. It is hoped that the entire project will be completed over the next three years."

Going through old posts and found this one - have you already found the information on this family that you were looking for earlier? Since then lots of Irish resources have come online.

The 1901 and 1911 census are both now online (free)-
