Best bet would be to purchase the birth certificate - her parents names will be on there.
However, in the 1881 census there are only 2 Coneyworth families in Yorkshire.
The grandfather from the 1891 census was James, a grocer.
Reference RG11/4705/9/12 has him with his family in High Street, Carlton:
CONEYWORTH, James Head Married M 56 1825 Grocer Carlton Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, Mary Wife Married F 56 1825 Grocer Wife Carlton Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, Hannah Daughter Single F 24 1857 Domestic Servant Carlton Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, Elizabeth Daughter Single F 18 1863 Dressmaker Carlton Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, Ellen Daughter Single F 16 1865 Domestic Servant Carlton Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, James H Son Single M 14 1867 Grocer Son (No Occ) Carlton Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, Sarah J Daughter Single F 12 1869 Scholar Carlton Yorkshire
The other family is at Tindall Lane, Beverley, reference RG11/4741/65/5
CONEYWORTH, John Head Married M 67 1814 General Lab Beverley Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, Hannah Wife Married F 68 1813 Scarboro Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, Robert Son Single M 30 1851 Tanners Lab (Agl) Beverley Yorkshire
CONEYWORTH, Thomas Son Single M 27 1854 Butcher Beverley Yorkshire
As Susanah was born in Carlton (as on 1901 census) that puts her squarely with family #1.
My guess would be that she was born "out of wedlock" to one of the daughters of James and Mary - but only the birth certificate will confirm or deny.
