1891 with father Edward T Winbush born London 1852, confectioner  and mother Julia.

Edward T Winbush snr. son of Edward John and Sarah and therefore brother of John.

So my way forward would be John L Winbush's will to see if it said 'Edward T Winbush my nephew'

Starting at the end
Edward Thomas WINBUSH (1881-1917) was the son of Edward Thomas (1852-1899) who was the brother of John (b 1854 London).
That suggests to me that John (b 1854 London) is probably the same John that died in Devon in 1914 - would you agree or do we still potentially have 2 Johns?

Edward John (1823-1874) and his father John (1797-1856/7) were both licensed victuallers, as was Edward's son, Alfred. Edward's sister Elizabeth also married a licensed victualler.

Edward John left a will 7 March 1874 of 58 Bishopgate Street within the city of London wine & spirit merchant who died 23 Feb 1874 at same address proved by Joseph Stephens on 103 Union Street Southwark Victualler surviving executor effects under £8,000 resworn June 1874 effects under £12,000

Both the  will for Edward John and the one for John who died in Devon in 1914 are from the National Probate Calendar (Index of Wills and Admins) 1861 - 1941
