William Jenkins, Diarists Llandeilo

Can you help please? William Jenkins(1813-1871), whose diary from 1826- 1870 has been republished, lived in Llandeilo.
I can find William Jenkins and his family living in Rhosmaen Street in all censuses except 1861. Can anyone help by letting me know where I can locate Rhosmaen Street, Llandeilo (Llandilofawr) in the 1861 census year please? It seems to have disappeared, well I can't find it
