help reading a certificate

hello sorry me again!
Can anyone make out this description from a RCE record of one of my ancestors on attached image
I think it says:
"Cerebral hyper****** and destruction caused by a ********* around (?) ******** skull and brain the result of external ***********

suppuration - i think - is the pathological process of pus formation, so its sounds like she was infected from the injury and destruction is likely to be destruction of the brain tissue.

not nice at all :(

no distinctly not nice, I wish it said a bit more about how it had happened, ie was it accidental or did someone do it to her.  Have to see if I can find out somehow  :-\
