well, it reads as Suchnant Ucha, but probably Sychnant Ucha(f). There's a Sychnant farm with post code SA4 0YX.

If you search for a map for the postcode, it comes up as West Glam, but it's on the Carmarthenshire side of the river Loughor

There are references to Sychnant dating back to 1634   :D
