1891 Fanny seems to be in two places at once!  It looks as if she has also be enumerated at her parents house, along with Annie Cook (aged 4 bn Sale) and Albert Cook (aged 4 bn Luston)

On 1871 census Thomas is with his uncle George Cook and family in Laysters Pole.  George is a shoemaker, so presumably Thomas was learning his craft from him RG10; Piece: 2713; Folio: 38; Page: 17
