Listed as LEO JOHN SULLIVAN  he joined the WW1 forces in 1915

He says he was born in Hawkes Bay, NZ and, at first his Next of Kin is his mother Mrs H (?Hannah) SULLIVAN of Napier NZ.

This is struck out and ANNIE is NOK.

In 1918, her address was Grey Street, South Brisbane.
The BDM records show the marriage of LEO and ANNIE (Martin) took place in 1915.

Leo John & Annie Sullivan were residing at Stonleigh St Albion Brisbane.

Nothing in Qld for Leo Joseph Sullivan.
